Shout is the first Initial Attention Offering (IAO) protocol — a new way to launch community-driven tokens that directly reward early believers.

At its core, Shout lets anyone launch a coin with built-in incentives for top supporters, turning social energy into a marketing engine. Think of it as a natively social marketing budget: rewarding those who matter most — your loudest fans.

A 2% fee is applied to each coin's volume (pre and post bonding curve), distributed as follows:

• • 1% to the top Shouters
• • 0.6% to the protocol
• • 0.4% to Meteora

• Every token launched on Shout starts trading on an in-house bonding curve (same model as Pump.fun)
• Once it hits ~$15K in Mcap, it graduates to a Meteora pool

Supporters are rewarded in two ways:

1. • 10% of each token's supply is reserved for the Top 25 Shouters, distributed over 1 year with decreasing allocation to favor early voices
2. • Top Shouters also split 1% of the token's trade volume, taken as a fee on each buy/sell

How to rank on the leaderboard:

1. • Tweet using the ticker or handle of the project. Only one ticker and/or handle should be used per tweet to qualify. Multi leaderboard farming in one tweet disqualifies the post.
2. • Hold tokens to boost your mindshare on that token leaderboard up to 4x. Maximum boost is reached by holding 30M tokens for 7+ days. Boost scales logarithmically with token amount and exponentially with hold duration.
